I had a mixed experience during my stay. Although the location was convenient and offered some lovely views, the service and accommodation didn’t live up to expectations. Some issues with the room and problems with the staff left me quite disappointed overall.

I've stayed at this resort a few times and noticed it's starting to show its age. While the units were generally clean and functional, several aspects like the bathroom tiles, carpets, and cupboard conditions left a lot to be desired. The exterior also needs some attention, with peeling paint and cobwebs. Limited reception hours and a closed spa added to the frustration. It seems like the place could really benefit from some renovations to bring it back to its former glory.

Our stay was a mixed bag. The resort had a lot of potential, particularly for families with kids, featuring great amenities like a pool and play areas. However, the shortcomings in room maintenance and service really detracted from the experience. The resort could use some serious TLC to return it to its former glory.
